SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays happen, especially around holidays.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, email us at help@rallyprotein.com and we'll see what we can do.
TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll sort it out.
RETURNS
OUR 30-DAY GUARANTEE
If something arrives damaged or you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email help@rallyprotein.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll take it from there — no need to ship anything back unless we ask.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post it.
