1. Agreement

By accessing or placing an order through rallyprotein.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Rally Brands operates the Site. “Rally,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rally Brands.

2. Products and Orders

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at any time.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will cancel that item and refund it.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

If something arrives damaged or you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days at help@rallyprotein.com and we will make it right through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or reselling content, interfering with the Site’s operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Rally name, logos, product photography, copy, and site design — is owned by Rally Brands or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
